When All Set officially launched in Boston last fall, we initially launched as a mobile app for a number of reasons. Smartphones have become nearly ubiquitous and our customers have grown increasingly accustomed to relying on their phones to address their day to day needs.
Communication is a key aspect of All Set and always having All Set available in your pocket promotes quicker response times for everyone involved. For Pros, an app is a necessity as they spend their days quickly moving from job to job and often do not find themselves in front of a computer until the day has ended.
Since launching the app, we have received feedback from a number of customers who would find it more convenient to book on their computers. We listened to you and started working to bring all of the app’s user-friendly booking, communication and payment functionality onto our website.
Now after some helpful conversations with customers about what they would love to see All Set build next and an incredible effort from our engineering team, we are excited to announce the launch of our new website with full booking, communication and payment functionality!
Existing customers can log-in and start using the site immediately with the email and password that you use in the mobile app. For new customers, check out this step-by-step guide to booking a service through the new website.
