Step-by-Step Guide to All Set’s Online Booking

All Set now allows you to book and manage your house cleaning and landscaping services through our website. Our team is very excited to be launching this new web experience for our customers (you can read more about the launch here) and continuing to build out new features that delight our customers. Step 1: Click Here to Enter All Set’s Desktop Experience

 

Step 2. Enter Address

Once in the online booking experience, the first step is to select either home cleaning or lawn care and input your address. In this example, we are going to schedule a home cleaning for Boston’s iconic Paul Revere House.

 

Step 3. Create an Account

The next step is to create the All Set account that you will use to send requests to Pros, message and manage your services. This step requires some basic contact information, additional info related to your service needs and choosing a password. We recommend opting in to SMS text notifications as it helps both All Set and our Pros offer the highest quality and most responsive service.

 

Step 4. Check Out our Pros

Clicking the See Trusted Pros and Estimates button creates your All Set account and brings you to a list of the Pros available in your neighborhood. There are several key factors to consider when selecting which Pros to send requests to, including:

  • Estimated Price: This price is estimated based on the inputs you have provided. The estimates are not final and we encourage customers to negotiate a final price directly with the Pros they request.
  • Neighbors: All Set tells you how many of your neighbors are using each of the Pros on the list and even offers automatic discounts when you select the same Pro.
  • Ratings and Reviews: Each Pros rating (on a scale of 1-5 stars) is shown by their name. To read detail reviews click into the Pro’s profile. All ratings and reviews are from verified All Set customers.
  • Profile: Each Pro has a profile you can check out by hitting the View Profile button. The profile includes a bio, an overview of services offered (both standard and additional) and has all of the Pro’s individual reviews.

 

Step 5. Send Service Request(s)

Once you have reviewed a number of Pros and have found a few that you like (we recommend sending requests to at least 3 different Pros to maximize your scheduling and pricing flexibility), select the Send Request button next to the first Pro you would like to contact. In the pop-up, select the week that you would like your service to begin, the frequency of about how often you need your home cleaned, and and feel free to add a note with any additional information. Remember, there is no commitment required to send a request so send as many as you would like to find the Pro that’s best for your needs.

 

Step 6. Complete your Account

In order to officially send your first request, you need to input your credit card information. This information is only required to complete your account and your card will only be charged for services that you receive. After you submit your credit card information, your request is sent and you are brought back to your home screen.

 

Step 7. Finalize Details and Accept Service

Your Pros will respond to your request with various questions in order to finalize pricing and scheduling. To respond, either use the message button next to the Pro’s name on your home screen or download the All Set mobile app and message from your phone. When details are finalized, your Pro will accept your request and the system will ask you to Accept the final details of your service. Hitting the Accept button finalizes your upcoming appointment which will now be shown on your home screen.

 

Step 8. Enjoy and Repeat

Enjoy that fresh clean home feeling or the smell of freshly cut grass following your first appointment. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, just reach out to your Pro through the messaging feature and they can make any changes you would like.
